It helps, when doing the Mikes Bikes Simulation, to know what you are doing. Read the sample final report for Mike's Bike's and the marking rubric before you start the simulation. This will give you an idea of all the factors that you should be rationally considering in each and every rollover, and will make justifying your decisions in the report much easier. Comments from past students: Comments from past students: The biggest piece of advice I have would be to write the Mike's Bikes Final Report as you are playing the game. When we were writing the analysis of the rollovers we noticed trends and patterns that we didn't notice at the time which would have been helpful in making decisions. We did write the decisions for the last few rollovers as they happened and the analysis as soon as the results became available and found it to be very beneficial. It is important to be punctual with the posts, but to your advantage, they are easily answerable. If I had to give a piece of advice to incoming students of AFM131, it would definitely be: Learn to contribute and understand the team dynamics of your group, it will guide you towards success on your endeavours!
