Unformatted text preview: Asmae Berrada Report On Wednesday, March 31 st , I had the opportunity to attend a talk by Capt. Khalid SALIH ALJ who is a line training captain. This talk was very interesting because we never had the occasion to attend such event. In addition, exploring Capt. ALJ personal experience makes it more fascinating. First, Capt. ALJ begin his presentation by explaining to us the flight rules that allow a pilot to operate an aircraft because this job does not allow the pilot to make any mistake. In addition, he talked about the forces used to maintain the position of an aircraft which are: Lift, thrust, weight, and Drag. Each of these forces affects the flight of the aircraft.
