Human Resources Management: The article I chose is on Human Resource Issues in High Performing Organizations. The article states that human resources are one of the most important parts of any business. Management on this side of business should be productive insuring high performance. Human resource functionality in low performing business versus a high performing business shows a great difference (Wienclaw 2008). In high performing business human resources are on a higher level having better training for employees to deal with costumers, which reflects on the high performance and maintaining it.
