Work team concepts Checkpoint: My group discussion thread #2 kind of set up group cohesiveness or how tightly Knit a group is. They did this to try to have everyone post around the same time or around the same time to have a fresh discussion going. The size of the group was smaller and that is a good thing so everyone can develop a tighter discussion. There was kind of an us against them feel because some of us couldn’t figure out how to get 700 words

There was somewhat of a pressure to write 700 words. There was also a groupthink that started because towards the end everyone started posting the same information and agreeing with one another just to keeps the discussion going....
