Daycare structure: There will be an assortment of fun, age appropriate activities a variety of age appropriate toys outdoor activities we encourage kids to clean up after themselves, put things away put away toys after use Prepare easy meals that do not take a lot of time Look for fun field trips in your area Know your exact hours of operation Have the pick-up and drop-off times are noted in the daycare policy There is Assigned child pick-up authorization and sign in and out sheets A policy for sick children to control illness in the center educational games, stories, and activities will be provided effective daily routines are followed to provide stability for children nap time, snack time, lunch time etc. parents are informed on child care structure and the daycare schedule a bulletin board is posted so parents and workers can be aware of the day’s activities Communication We will have a Participative approach. This approach would work everyone because it will give  workers and parents a chance to voice opinions and  suggestions about daily activities. To compromise and  share thoughts with others on how to care for a child  you know the saying “it takes a village to raise a child”.  Well the employees and the bosses would be the village
