Dear Sir Ruffin,
Every business is required strategic plans, profound thought, and pragmatism. We spend
thousands of dollars on advertisement to bring customers in, but those who are already in must be taken
care, well and eagerly. No excuse – No exception. Perhaps customer is not always right, but he is still
right because he is the only key to any business success, and its the universal truth. This is a modern
technological period. Every person is walking with command, and access on, email and SMS text
messaging systems. The world has become a global village. Through this globalized phenomenal
communication every person is very well linked with friends, family members, and business colleges.
That is why, today we must understand the importance and the value of good word of mouth, and the
bad word of mouth. In my opinion, this is the only best and worst advertisement in the world. Good
word of mouth leads to our pleasure, good profitability,
satisfaction, good name, spirit, then integration
and the other side gives us , loss of revenue, panicle
headaches, and disintegration.
