Supplies Sealable jars (3 per group), CO 2 /O 2 analyzer, and sampling syringes Three different temperature regimes lab, air conditioned room, refrigerator Commodities Banana, sweet potato, mushroom, kankong, apple, onion, cucumber, rose Place in the different temperature regimes at least 6 hours before the start of the class so that temperature equilibrates
