Definition of a NHP Includes: – herbs, – vitamins (including synthetically-derived), minerals, – EFAs, – Homeopathics (plant, animal, fungus or micro-organism derived) For use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation or prevention of a disease, disorder or abnormal physical state or its symptoms in humans – restoring or correcting organic functions in humans – modifying organic functions in humans, e.g. to maintain or promote health Exclusions: Biologics, Tobacco, Marijuana,Injectables Suitable for self care and/or OTC use
