MARKET EQUILIBRATING PROCESS PAPER 2 Market Equilibrating Process Paper For a particular Friday night, family members and this writer look at the willingness of restaurants in Houston, to supply a nice dinner for three and willingness of family to dine out in Houston, depending on the price of the dinner. When you go out for a dinner in a big city like Houston you can have any kind of food and a lot of variety dinners but not always at affordable prices. Some restaurants only offer specials for adults and no good deals for family with kids. People like to go out and have dinner in a place that is closer to home, good service, tasty food and great deal prices, especially when you have toddler kids that can eat too much or just taste the food but they don’t really eat at all. By the author’s place there are a couple of restaurants, each with seating capacity of 85 people. One restaurant is willing to supply a nice dinner for
