Today we announce that InterClean and InvoTech have are reached an agreement to merge, creating a premier global company. The merger will allow our new company to expand our networks, strengthen and accelerate our plans for growth, and most importantly create job security with increasing career opportunities for our staff. I would like to thank our team for their hard work and continued efforts in making the merger a success. This new endeavor combined with our new sales strategy will give us a competitive advantage, making us the leading company within our industry. I would like to take this time to remind our management team about our responsibility for continued productivity, commitment to our employees and diverse environment. The management team is responsible for optimizing all of our available resources. Our new merger has provided us with more equipment, capital and highly trained and experienced employees. The next week will be a critical time for our management staff. We will be responsible for effectively incorporating 50 EnviroTech sales and operations employees into our team. To ensure a smooth transition I would like our team to consider the following five criteria: staffing, development, adjustment, managing change and retention. To ensure the right staff is placed in the appropriate position, we will need to identify roles of the sales and operations employees. It will be necessary to determine the number of salesmen which will be needed to bring us the new company to the next level. I recommend an management interview the previous sales staff of InterClean and Envirotech to ensure the most qualified individuals are placed in the lead salesmen positions.
