Parents or guardians of college students should/should not have the right to see their child's grades without the student's permission. - Students must act as adults o it is their responsibly to do well - First time living on their own o This is their time to learn o They are no longer being guided through every process they are learning every step of the way o They can still be guided by their parents and tell them if they choose but it shouldn’t be mandatory - Although parents are paying for college they are also paying for their kids to get a new experience to learn how to be an individual and be alone in the world and keeping up with grades is something they need to learn on their own University faculty and instructors should/should not be allowed to express partisan political opinions in the classroom. - Related to the course of study o An economics teacher should be able to talk about the politics but a chem. teacher should not Presidential debate if the teacher has an opinion they are free to say
