XECO/212 A New House Decision 2 This paper will explain the danger and the goods of buying a house for a first time buyer. There have been so many dangers in buying houses, but then there is some praise in buying a house. When buying a house you always want to make sure the plumbing is good along with the electrical, and every inch of the house. There can be molds that are just covered up and can get everyone sick. You want to make sure you are buying a house with low maintenance and something that you cannot afford. When you have found the right house you will know because you will be at peace with yourself and everything around you. There are many rules to go by when buying a home and the beware signs of a house that people refer to as “The Money Pit”. Not only do you want to watch out for the houses, but you also want to watch out for the seller, many people are deceitful now and are all out to make a dollar and will try to sell you trash for a Royal Royce price. If the economy is not as good as it was a couple months ago then you can probably purchase a house at a cheaper price. The economy is what everyone has to watch now a days so they know if it the right time to purchase a house or the wrong time to purchase one. This is why they have laws out now to protect the buyer and the people that are just trying to make something for themselves. The rates will always go up and down and never stays the same, building house have been down lately because the sell of houses is down. If you go by each principle to buy a house and write out your pros, cons, and your budget you should be prepared on what you want and what you will buy. Principle 2 is the most important to me and that is the cost of something. I would definitely have to know the price of what the house cost so I can Budget it with all my other bills to see if I am able to afford it or if I will be foreclosing on it down the road. I would definitely have to put some money aside just in case some trouble happens.

XECO/212 A New House Decision 3 Decision- making would be asking everyone that is involved to get involved and right down the pros and cons about the house. It would have to be very cost efficient and affordable to our income. Example if we buy a house for $165,000 and my payments are $850 a month I would

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
