FM212 Principles of Corporate Finance Exam format The final exam will have 100 points. Length: 3 hours (180 minutes). Format, two sections, A (Asset pricing) and B (Corporate finance): There are four questions in each section. Answer two from each section. Each question has a maximum number of 25 points. Maximum points available for each part are indicated.

FM212 Principles of Corporate Finance Exam questions Many questions will be similar in style and structure to: Last year’s exam Problem sets (PS) Please make sure that you are comfortable with these questions. There will be a few questions, or parts of questions, that are more challenging or more general.

FM212 Principles of Corporate Finance What will the final exam cover? The final is cumulative : the final will cover everything covered in the course. For an outline of the topics please refer to the syllabus and course pack. The syllabus and course pack also lists the relevant book chapters. Those parts of the chapters corresponding to the material covered in class are more important.

FM212 Principles of Corporate Finance Important: don’t forget Don’t forget to bring a calculator to the exam. It will be very difficult to solve some of the problems if you don’t have one! You are NOT allowed to use a financial calculator, a graphing calculator, one which can store programs or equations, or which can connect to the internet.
