There are 3 different part types from customer 1: Part 1, 2 and 3. The inter arrival time between successive part arrivals (all types combined) is exponentially distributed with a mean of 13 minutes: the first part arrives at time 0. The distribution by type is 25%, Part 1; 49%, Part 2; and 26% Part 3. For customer 2, there are two different part types that arrive from this customer: Part 4 and 5. The arrival process is in addition to and independent of the arrivals of parts from customer 1. The interarrival time between successive part arrivals (both types combined) is exponentially distributed with a mean of 15 minutes: the first part arrives at time 0. The distribution by type is 40%, Part 4; and 60% Part 5. Each part type visits a different sequence of stations (cells) and the part steps and process times are given. There are 4 cells in total.
