You can regain a dissatisfied customer’s trust by going above and beyond their expectations and going beyond just caring about them and their problems. And then again by following up to make sure that they are satisfied with what has already passed. 18. Why is it important to follow up with a customer who was angry? Following up with Angry customers can allow you to make sure that they know how to use their product and then it also shows good serviceman ship by caring more about getting the product out the door and taking somebody’s money.
