The values are supposed to be around the mentality that you can still have fun at work and still meet projected goals for the company and how best buy cares about you. Best Buy wants to both sell you a great product but they want you to be happy with it also. This is why they are supposed to offered services to get you both setup and trained on how to use it. In reality that is a crock of shit. The company doesn’t give any bonuses, there is no incentive to work there and then on top of that the lies on how they care about the employees on how the discount is great and how you can actually move in the company is also a load of shit.
