Setting up regular account users and their passwords or allowing for open passwords with Limited user  account status. User Account Limiters/Privileges Setting up accounts with certain privileges and limitations to make for a network to be used by certain  users with certain limitations and access levels. Setting up Groups and Organizations on a larger network.  Large numbers of accounts should be set in groups and/or Organizations to allow for easier and  quicker limitations being set up. Remote Desktop Services Turning them off for All users and putting in Exceptions.
