Using your forms, record the following 13 business activities: 1. Jack ordered 10 Toxin Removal Juice (32 oz) on 8/12/10 at a quoted cost of $15/bottle from Health-is-Beauty. 2. Jonathan received 6 bottles of Toxin Removal Juice on 8/15/10 and the remaining 4 bottles on 8/18/10.
