The purpose of this report is to apply the knowledge of entrepreneurship concepts and tools learned in this unit in designingand developing an innovative venture. The following question would be the main topic to develop. "In today's competitive entrepreneurship environments, how should entrepreneurs design and develop a lean, agile and innovative venture to exploit opportunities and optimize success?" And the core topics covered throughout the unit, particularly focusing on the following key concepts and tools: - Opportunities and Ideas - Design Thinking for Entrepreneurial Ventures - Lean Entrepreneurship and Business Model Design - Ethical, Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship Anyone can be an entrepreneur, given an idea and the right tools to develop it into a functional business. Entrepreneurs aren’t a special group of people gifted with all the good idea. They believe in themselves and the value of their idea enoughto take a financial risk to make it a reality. They just looking to make life easier or better in some way. “If your bright idea solves a pain or adds value, then it is potentially a highly attractive entrepreneurial opportunity.” The search for good opportunities starts with the recognition of ideas that have potential. And innovative ideas can be traced to three main sources: our passions, complaints and EGO.
