System has shown as inexpensive, reliable, and above all very “user-friendly”. The name of the system is Alliance Lite, and it has been developed by Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications for the small institutions or corporate clients who cannot afford to invest in a sophisticated connection with SwiftNet. Instead investing in complicated and expensive system, small financial institutions by using Alliance Lite are going to be able to send encrypted messages over the public Internet using credentials supplied by SWIFT and stored on secure token and later transmitted to the highly secured SwiftNet portal.
