Based on the results of that research, Celent has offered list of top technology trends in banking industry for 2009. According to Celent, risk management becomes primary concern in the banking industry. Although almost all banks already have risk management solutions set in place, they came up with the conclusion that the level of usage of those systems is not on the necessary level so they will be looking to increase usage of those systems. So far, these systems were around more because of the regulatory reasons. Other trend is the implementation of the Web 2.0 which is expected together with Internet banking to offer new ways of service to the customers.
