Unformatted text preview: they do. They must not harm the test subject or inject them with fatal diseases. The U.S. Public Health Service really screwed up. They committed a horrible crime and ruined multiple peoples lives. They also have set the bar on what can and cannot be done to human test subjects. I believe African American males are now reluctant to be in an experiment after the Tuskegee Syphilis Study. They dont want to jeopardize their lives just so some scientists could see how their body responds to a deadly disease. I dont blame them for being so cautious. That was a terrible study to have and they should have treated all of those people in that experiment once they found a cure for it. They shouldnt have denied medical attention from these sick people. That was a terrible thing to do....
