When what something services expands, 9 times out of 10, if it doesn’t expand and adapt with it, it’s going to get left behind for something bigger and better that can keep up. 2. I’d say no, because there will always be someone needed to make those decisions, whether it be one person or a team of them, but the answers and orders and directions will still have to come from somewhere. 3. While MIS supplies information, DSS actually sculpts the information to the user’s liking, will use their own judgment and decisions in the future, and can even simulate the decisions in-house before setting them in motion. 4. If the information they’re getting isn’t useful by the time they get it, then they definitely need BI. They can decide which projects to take on by understanding and realizing both which can be of the best benefit to the company, and also realizing which could cause major problems and not bring in as much revenue as others. 5.
