1. I would say yes, because no matter what the business is, it’s involved in dealing with customers. Large corporations have customers, even if they’re smaller businesses, and places like Hasting’s and Blockbuster are obviously customer based companies. 2. Perhaps because they focus too much on the customer and not the actual business being conducted. 3. The only one I could think of would be NewEgg.com, a computer accessories and equipment website. They could streamline the process by displaying similar items to things I’ve bought or looked at, and maybe offer discounts after so many purchases, either by item amount or dollar amount. 4. Better planning of implementation, more accurate price researching, and maybe hiring out to contractors to help implement them. 5. Until something better comes along, yes. As long as they continue to maintain their levels of security, they’ve greatly improved the transaction times for businesses. 6.
