CLUB IT PART II 2 Club IT Part II Club IT is a hip happening night spot, it attracts the young urban professionals that work in the downtown area and those who want to be hip from the suburbs. The cliental is very tech savvy, IPhones, Blackberries, IPads and the like are all part of the way they gather and receive information. The owners Lisa and Rueben need to implement an information technology that will harness the cliental tech savvy lifestyles. Along with communicating with their customers on a regular basis through emails and text messaging, they will need to also be able to track the financials of the business including their supplies, employee payroll and security concerns, both cyber and actual. The first thing that will be needed is the customer relationship management system, CRM. This will create a better relationship with the customers. Creating an interactive web page designed to allow the customers to order tickets for the Friday and Saturday night concerts, Club IT memorabilia, and make reservations for special occasions, including food and beverage
