Mgmt 425 – section 13 Sang Kim Telco Simulation 004718842 During the Telco simulation, my strategic positioning was all about customer service, TQM/product quality, and R&D/Innovation. I wanted to create better products then my competitors and create demand, rather then being a low cost leader. I marketed a lot in Broadband Home, Broadband Small Business, and Mobile Small Business. I also concentrated the most on the three because they had the least amount of competitors.

Unformatted text preview: Since I put a lot of my money into investing superior products, I brought the monthly subscription prices slightly higher then my competitors. I also tried to get into Accessories Home and Fixed Line Small Business since they only had one competitor. However, getting into Fixed Line Small Business turned out to be a huge mistake. I got into both markets too late....
