Emily Prestridge Kin 1155 Week 4 September 10 (Friday): Today was so hot outside. Before I jogged the two laps in the beginning of class I stretched. When I got done jogging we got into groups of about 5 people. We played a game where we had to look at random note cards with exercises written on them and our whole group had to do them. We only got 13 cards, when the winner got 15 cards. After that we did some ab workouts such as crunches and some other various abdominal workouts. Week 5 September 13 (Monday): Today was very nice and breezy outside. I arrived to class and stretched. Then ran two laps around the inside track. We did plyometric workouts, squats, lunges, and some other leg workouts. After each repetition of either lunging backwards or forwards or some other leg workout, I ran a lap around the track and had to do the next exercise right after a little 30 second break. Then I ran after that exercise and so forth. After the exercises were done I ran 3 laps around the inside track. Then I stretched and
