While creativity of young people is more emotion based and spontaneous, aging creativity is more thoughtful, including additional planning and using specific skills. People in the middle adult stage tend to try integration of ideas rather than finding new ideas. Their writings may be more reflective, focusing on what has been learned through the aging process.
