Andrea Vargas 3B What are the causes of illiteracy? Nowadays there are a lot of causes of illiteracy. These days, we can enumerate the different causes of illiteracy. Different investigations that show the three main reasons for the global illiteracy, including developed countries, like United States of America, are social problems, family problems and lack of motivation. The reason that was ranked as the most important and influential, was the social problems. At present some developed countries, not worry about the welfare of its citizens, as the education and progress of each individual. There are not enough schools, especially in areas with few resources .The government doesn’t created enough public schools and universities, for those families who have no money to pay for the education of their children. The countries has other priorities, such as creating business products and negotiates with other countries to earn money, that its purpose is clearly, the personal benefit of every government employee, and not the progress to help people in
