I believe the psychological contract I had with my last employer is he had expected me to know how to run as a cashier and making sure the customer was comfortable. 2. It really depends if most people are satisfied or dissatisfied with their work only because most people that work don’t like their jobs, such as, most people that work need to find a job that they like doing in the regular day. Most people work because they have to but they don’t like their job as soon as they get some education and start doing what they like I am sure people will like their work. The factors that contribute really are the work, the other employees, and what kind of job it is. If you are always running up and down I believe that will take a lot of stress. 3. Alderfer does not disagree with Maslow's hierarchy of needs completely. He suggests that as more concrete needs are satisfied, less concrete need become more important. Instead of the five deeds that Maslow believes should be satisfied, Alderfer says there are only three important
