Charley’s Family Steak House No. 2 Executive Summary Charley’s Family Steak House No.2 is one of four steak houses owned by Mr. Charley Turner in the cosmopolitan city in Eastern Texas. This steak house is a privately held corporation that offers a great selection of food for customers located in the Texas area. Charley’s Family Steak House is known for having a pleasant atmosphere, fast and courteous service, high-quality, freshly prepared food, and reasonable prices. This steakhouse is growing and has developed a recipe for success. Customers rave about this restaurant’s food, service, cleanliness, and overall value. Charley Turner is the one who came up with the restaurant’s pricing strategy. His pricing strategy was pretty simple. Mr. Turner determined the expected food cost for each menu item and then applied a uniform markup to that cost.
