She is nauseated and having trouble keeping down food as well as having blood in her stool. It may be possible that the patient is suffering from colon cancer due to the blood in stool and nausea but it is very rare to have abdominal pain of any sort with colon cancer so I will have to disagree with the diagnoses. If you do not agree with the doctor, or the disease has not yet been diagnosed, offer a diagnosis and treatment plan. The patient also has the symptoms of what could be a stomach ulcer. Stomach ulcers cause abdominal pain, nausea, and blood in stool as well. I suggest that the patient visits her doctor again for additional test and change her diet to a healthier one....
