Marketing Mix Page 2 In this report I am going to analyze the marketing mix of the Apple brand. I am also going to discuss the Apple product which includes the product, pricing, placement, and promotion. Marketing Mix Analysis Overview The marketing mix for the Apple Company is one of a kind, or at least was at one point. The founder of Apple is Steve Jobs and his goal was to reach a wide market instead of just targeting a smaller more precise one. At the time this was unheard of and some other companies considered it to be insane to take such a risk. The company was started in 1976 with just two computers in a garage and has now become the multi-billion dollar cooperation that it is. With products like the iPod, iPhone, and now even the iPad it is no doubt that this company has come a long way. Product Apple designs Macs, the best personal computers in the world, along with OS X, iLife, iWork, and professional software. Apple leads the digital music revolution with its iPods and iTunes online store. Apple reinvented the mobile phone with its revolutionary iPhone and App
