Training for Excellence 2 Training for Excellence Introduction Many companies have different ways of training. There are all types of training from the hands on approach, to using e-learning to get their employees ready for the job. Depending on the type of company that someone is going to work for, the best training possible to be many different things. Not only do these companies have different ways to train, but they are also adding new ways and revising the old ways all the time. It is important to make sure that the training employees receive will help to be better at their place of employment. Review/Analysis of the Case The training that is used by Wegmans Food Markets is a combination of to classroom sessions and hands on learning with on the job training.
