This is giving the hiring company many people to choose from, but that may not always be a good thing. There are several people who are not honest on their resumes and will put what they think the employer wants to hear in order for them to get the job. It is always important to do thorough background checks on all applicants which includes not only their precious job experience, but there educational background as well.
