Environment, Short Description, Long Description, Approver, Performer, Requestor and both data of request and date the request should be performed on. Data Flow Description Form: Based on data above. This form should have a name and define source/destination and w hat is t raveling in the f low. Comments would be nice. Data Structure: Use information above and group like i tems and use symbols to specify meaning/uses/logic. Data Elements: Build a element description form for the newly created request# that will be stored in the data store once the screen is submitted. Include Change#, Timeframe, Description, Type and Comments. Project 2 Use the slides/book as an example to depict the following i tems in your project data d ictionary. The company would l ike to gather new information based on additional ways to communicate to the employees. O ne of these ways is to send text messages where applicable. This could be a screen that sends general employee information such as FirstName, LastName, Street, City, Zip, Home#, Mobile#, Y/N Text Message Receipt.
