Unformatted text preview: deal with these sources? I do believe the reading has helped me to identify new sources of stress. As I mentioned above in the life changes section on page 81 I discovered that too many new things whether god or bad occurring all at one time can cause stress. I would say that I would deal with it as I have with any sort of stress I have encountered, which is ask for help as I need it, and take things one step at a time. Stress can occur with anything that we encounter and I handle it best on a day-to-day bases not worrying what might be tomorrow but what is today. Family and friends is a great way to help deal with stress at least for me personally a call home to mom or dad usually gets me back on track. Reference: Axia collage. (2010).
