Finance – The science that describes the management of money, banking, credit, investments, and assets. Finance is an economical study of money and other assets. Efficient market – A market in which the values of securities at any instant in time fully reflect all available information, which results in the market value and the intrinsic value being the same. Efficient markets are used to make intelligent and well-intended decisions, the information in an efficient market is readily accessible and available to provide insight and information for clients. Primary market – a market in which new, as opposed to previously used, securities are traded. A Primary market allows an organization to offer stocks and bonds for the first time to the public. Secondary market – a market in which stock previously issued by the firm trades. A secondary market is one of the main reasons the stock market exists. Obviously it is dependent on the primary market. This type of market does not involve an organization
