EECS 215F07 Problem Set #6 Assigned: 10/24/07 Due: 10/31/07 Homework is due at the beginning of lecture. Reading Assignment: Alexander and Sadiku, Chapter 6 The transistor problems will require some effort. Most of the A&S problems are pretty straightforward but should be done carefully to establish basic understanding of capacitor and inductor circuit issues. General Advice on Homework: 1. 1. Start early. Don’t wait till Tuesday night. 2. 2. Be sure to draw the circuit and label it properly with reference directions for currents and reference polarities for voltages. 3. 3. Show all the important steps in your calculation. 4. 4. Textbook problems are from the course textbook, “Fundamentals of Electric Circuits,” 3 rd Edition . The individual problem statements follow on the next pages. 1. Suppose we have the circuit below with the following MOSFET and circuit parameters: 2 1 5/ 1 1 0 1 0 Tc c Km A VV V V V R K == + = = Ω a) Find analytic expressions for V out vs. V in assuming V in can range between 0V and V cc .
