AT: T – Increase means not removing a Barrier block 1. Removing a barrier to allow abortion access is considered to be a social service. CAIR no date (“The CAIR Project: Helping Women Choose Their Futures,” a member of the National Network of Abortion Funds, http://www.cairproject.org/) The CAIR ( Community Abortion Information & Resource) Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit social service organization dedicated to removing barriers to abortion access . The CAIR Project began as a community effort in August 1998 in response to an unmet need for breaking down financial barriers to abortion. The CAIR Project operates a toll-free hotline staffed by well-trained and compassionate volunteer advocates who provide accurate, non-biased information and referral in addition to financial assistance in the form of grants for abortion services. 2. Removing barriers are key to increasing social services. There are also only a small number of cases with a good literature base on removing barriers. i.
