Violation- Employer of last resort would help people that don’t have a job- even if they are rich C. Reasons to Vote 1. limits- there are infinite amount of cases that are allowed to give help to anyone in the United States- makes it impossible for the neg 2. Topic specific education- Giving social services to all people takes away the discussion of why those in poverty are key 3.
