Culpepper/Olsen Dartmouth 2K9 PO box neg Notes 1AC CX: 1. get them to cop to helping “homeless” people 2. ask them how they promote social interaction that the hocking evidence is talking about 3. (GQ specific) veterans and anthrax internals deserve to be punished 4. “how does the aff end exclusion when all you do is give them the right to vote? Strategy: STATES -The state C/P debate is really easy and I suggest it. They will say one of two things 1. the federal government is key to provide PO boxes 2. Homeless people don’t like shelters For the first one it doesn’t matter if they have PO boxes or not post CP because they gained the right to vote without the boxes and the other advantages are stupid. Also, the C/P fiats away all the reasons they don’t want to go now, like restrictions on privileges. The CP solves better than the aff, especially on the democracy/inclusion advantages POST OFFICE DA -It’s a short DA but it provides a good second N/B to the states C/P -The D/A is strategic because if you can win just the link, it works as a case turn because the collapse of the postal service would make mail delivery really unlikely. The external impact is economic collapse. -Answers to anticipate: 1. Bailout 2. Non-unique USPS is screwed now 3. No link doesn’t cost much 4. General answers to the economy impact On the number 1, I found a card that there won’t be a bailout of the USPS On the number 2, the USPS is restructuring now to prevent collapse, I included a 2N link scenario that’s decent On the number 3, they don’t have a card that says otherwise, and the USPS is on the brink of collapse and they want the service to spend more On the number 4 pull out your econ generic file CASE Bioterror-If they stick with the anthrax internal link, read one card and you win the flow, if they change it I’ll fix the internal link work but the impact D is in the file Heg-generic heg frontline that is WAY TO LONG for this advantage. You can beat this advantage in CX

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
