BQ Lab Detention Center Case Neg Dartmouth 2K9 2 Strategy Sheet 1NC: T-subsets T-poverty ICC CP Politics Immigration D/A Biopolitics/Capitalism Case 1) 1AC Hernandez says international issues are key to human rights – later in the article it says ICC is key to human rights credibility. The 1NC authors are more qualified than theirs – point that out! The ICC counterplan itself opens up some interesting possibilities to avoid aff arguments. The Cassese evidence is both qualified and really good on talking about how the success of the ICC will remake the international system away from war and towards peaceful resolution via the ICC. This will allow you to get out of their war impacts by saying while their evidence may have applied pre-new international mode, the new means by which countries operate forecloses the possibility for nuclear war because we’ll be cooperating instead of fighting each other. I would also advise using some of the case defense frontlines here because their internal link chains are both long and shady and decreasing their ability to solve for those would just make your cp look better in the eyes of the judge. Some arguments you might need to get out of: if they say China’s not in the ICC, just say US human rights credibility would draw China in using their evidence. Last printed 2

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
