GT Census Neg Dartmouth 2K9 2 Notes If you like or want to read the security kritik this aff links pretty well. They read a link in their 1AC that essentially uses lots of capitalized words and exclamation marks to say freedom is key to security. Also the internal links to this aff are really bad so you might be able to win on just defensive arguments on the internal link level. Also the States CP probably solves. Their argument will be that since the Census is a federal program, the state can’t do it. However, our cards and their cards say that reaching out to minorities and poor people requires spreading awareness of the census at the local level. The cp basically just increases funding for these outreach programs. Also, if you are going to read the cp it is important to note that you need to argue that people are already applying for jobs for the 2010 census, this includes people who are poor and have been hit hard by the economy. So really, no new jobs will be needed, it’s just making sure that everyone is counted is what is key. Good luck and see me if you have questions. Last printed 2

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
