"As we consider bailouts and recovery plans , we now need to hear your voices demanding that the plight of America’s poorest citizens , and the needs of people living in poverty around the world, will be addressed," the religious leaders said today in an open letter to the candidates. B. Violation – the plan gives social services to illegal immigrants who do not reside within the U.S. C. Limits – Expanding social services outside the U.S. explodes the topic because there would be dozens of  countries the plan could increase social services to.  That gives the neg an unfair research burden because  we would have to research every single one whereas the aff would just have to research one.   D. Voter for fairness and education Fun in… Arkansas? 3
