Immigration Healthcare Neg Dartmouth 2K9 2 Strategy Sheet This is the case negative against the BQ lab's immigrant healthcare affirmative. The aff basically removes a two provisions from former Congressional acts in order to ensure that illegal immigrants have access to healthcare. There's two versions of this aff, a critical and a policy, but no one in the BQ lab is running the policy version so I'll explain the critical version first. Security Version- This aff really is bad. It's basically about how we securitize and otherize immigrants by not giving them healthcare b/c we think they will abuse it. Read their first Clark card in the 1AC- it gives reasons why they securitize themselves. Make them read that card slowly in cross-x and make fun of them for it. The case frontline should be enough to take down most of their case. There's a number of analytics about their evidence and one discourse turn about speaking for others. Blow it up in the block- there's a pretty decent extension block in the file. Also, there's a Capitalism shell too that I would read against them. The other thing is the borders policy cp which basically removes our programs to build fences along the US-Mexico border. You can run spending as a NB. Lastly- T is always an option. They really don't do a social service that directly affects immigrants. If someone decides to read the policy version, there's two advantage cps that you can use. Decriminalization for drug wars and CEDAW ratification for human rights. If you run CEDAW there's also a women's rights NB if you want. There's also a China HR Promotion DA against the human rights advantage if you want an net benefit for decriminalization. Topicality should also be a good option. 2

Only one has succeeded over the last two decades--the 1995 Sarin incident on the Tokyo subway . Thousands were injured, but just six people died. There have been no CBN attacks with mass fatalities anywhere. Terrorist "experts" simply have thought up
