Overview Today’s lecture o Turning Information into Knowledge Will discuss how helping employees access, share and use  information, both in the firm and in partner organizations,  can help companies turn information into knowledge. o Collaboration Systems Will identify different categories  of collaboration systems  that help facilitate information access, sharing and use. Will examine different types  of collaboration systems such  as groupware, content management systems, and workflow  management systems.
