The velocity and the acceleration of a particle at point A of its path are indicated in the figure , where α = 75 ˚ and β = 45 ˚ determine : a – the tangential and the normal component of acceleration at point A. b – the radius of the path at point A . c – the coordinates of the center of the path when the particle is at point A . 2. The acceleration components of a particle motion are given by : a x = 40 m/s 2 , a y = 30t m/s 2 where t is in seconds .
