A car has an initial velocity of 24 m/s and a constant deceleration of 3 m/s 2 . Determine the velocity and the displacement of the car after 4 seconds. Determine also the time after which the velocity becomes zero . 10. A ball is thrown vertically downward from a 50 m high tower with an initial velocity of 4 m/s. Determine the velocity at which it hits the ground and the time of travel . 10.
