The Ongoing/Impending Problems “Access”/”Rights”/”Justice”/”Fairness” § All have very different meanings to different people. § For example, is access to health care a “right”? Is it given by the constitution? Is it a trans-national “human right”? § Need to be comfortable fielding a rational response § These concepts are beyond the scope of the module, but these terms are used to describe aspects or deficiencies in our system .
